Everyone but Kitty believes that Snaptrap has had a change of heart in prison./Dudley is determined to give Kitty the best birthday of her life, despite the fact that they have to stop Snaptrap, who is plotting to rid the world of cheese!
Under appreciated at TUFF, gadget guru Keswick is courted by Snaptrap to build DOOM a new doomsday device!/Dudley is desperate to keep his over-protective mom, Peg Puppy, from learning he’s a secret agent.
To distract Dudley from bothering her on TUFF’s vacation cruise, Kitty lies and tells him they’re on a stake-out and that he should be on the lookout for bad guys./Dudley falls head over heels for “Fifi Oui Oui,” the new temp at TUFF.
Things get a little scary when Keswick invents an artificial intelligence toaster that is capable of doing a lot more than making perfect toast./After blowing up each other’s HQ’s repeatedly, TUFF and DOOM are forced to share an office.
Snaptrap is convinced there’s no winning as long as Dudley works for TUFF. /The Chief is feeling past his prime until an accidentally shrunken Dudley convinces him to be his partner on one last "tiny" mission.
Kitty and Dudley (disguised as super villains) attend the "Doomie Awards," an awards show in which bad guys commit live acts of villainy./Someone is kidnapping the world’s greatest figure skaters!
Kitty helps Dudley conquer his fear of thunder in order to stop Bird Brain from using his thunder cannon to bury Petropolis in an avalanche./To Dudley’s horror, Snaptrap and his mom, Peg, have fallen in love!
Keswick creates a super suit that makes Dudley the biggest hero in Petropolis!/Kitty’s old partner, Jack Rabbit, tries to recruit Kitty to work for him at his new secret agency.
Dudley is humiliated when he’s forced to wear a cone to keep from scratching./Dudley uses a time travel watch to go back in time one minute in order to beat Kitty to the last doughnut in the TUFF snack room.
While wearing a mind reading helmet, Kitty, Dudley and Keswick are insulted by the Chief’s secret opinion of them./Dudley is the only TUFF agent who has overheard Snaptrap’s latest diabolical plan.
Snaptrap discovers a T.U.F.F. rule that states agents can’t use their blasters in the presence of kids, so he brings children to the scene of all of his crimes. A documentary-style TV show spends a day profiling T.U.F.F. and its superstar agents.
Snaptrap wants to use TUFF’s super space laser to pop all the corn in the world’s "corn belt" and jack up the price of movie popcorn. When Dudley accidentally breaks the laser into three pieces, the race is on to get them back!
Peg Puppy goes out of town for a few days, leaving Dudley on his own for the first time in his life! Dudley’s entered the Petropolis Dog Show, but when his finely coiffed fur interferes with his ability to be a T.U.F.F. Agent, he’ll have to make a choice.
Snaptrap has formed a school for evil and it’s up to Dudley to go undercover as an evil student and figure out Snaptrap’s end game! Dudley’s turn to pick up the office lunch goes horribly awry when he tries to serve up the crazy homicidal Caped Cod.
Larry has finally snapped under Snaptrap’s ruthless authority and forms his own evil agency, dubbed "G.L.O.O.M."! Petropolis’ worst smelling villain, the Stink Bug, has returned to make life odorous for T.U.F.F.
When Keswick’s cloning machine ends up in the wrong hands, Petropolis is overrun by Snaptraps looting and destroying everything! Bird Brain’s discovery that he is the last blue-bottomed booby in Petropolis lands him on the endangered species list.
Protecting the King Mutt exhibit at the Museum from fiends who want to steal King Mutt’s sceptre is more challenging than Dudley & Kitty expected. Playing it safe at Career Day turns out to be the most dangerous thing Kitty and Dudley ever do!
Snappy Campers: Determined to avenge his youth, Snaptrap has returned to Camp Itchyowiebooboo to win the coveted "Camp Champ" award. Lucky Duck: Dudley is psyched when he gets chosen to be in a scavenger hunt on his favourite TV show, "Quacky the Duck".
When the Chameleon witnesses Snaptrap committing a crime, he agrees to testify against him. When the Chameleon threatens to relieve the Queen of England of her Jewels, Dudley & Kitty are called in to assist the British Undercover Fighting Force.
After years of being on Santa’s naughty list, Petropolis’ villains team up to hi-jack Christmas. Dudley & Kitty have to stop them & save Santa and his elves before midnight or nobody will get presents this year, including Dudley.
Dudley is thrilled to show his old classmates that he grew up to be a super cool TUFF secret agent, not a loser like they all thought he would become. Dudley befriends a Killer Robot sent by Snaptrap to annihilate TUFF
The Chameleon impersonates Mayor Teddy Bear and closes down TUFF, turning all of Petropolis against our heroes. Birdbrain plunges the world into a technology-less void.
While Dudley overzealously takes over for a sick Chief, the Fiendish League of Potential Perpetrators, or FLOPP for short, attempts to make their crime debut! Quacky and the Sharing Moose are back to get revenge on Dudley for putting them in jail.
When Birdbrain attempts to kidnap the latest boy band sensation, the Hunky Monkeys, it’s up to the gang to keep them safe. In an attempt to learn more about Kitty, Dudley accidentally sends her diary out in a mass email to everyone in Petropolis.
The deranged Caped Cod vows to destroy Petropolis by melting an Ice bird Iceberg for the Riceberg Wedding and flooding the city! While playing hooky from work, Dudley does some heroic things but can’t take credit for them without admitting he's lied!
